As a partner with clients, I help them on their journey to be the best versions of themselves and live intentionally!

 If you are motivated to make a shift in your life, I'm looking for people who are willing to commit to a minimum of 6 coaching sessions. The clients can be individuals seeking to make life transitions, finding purpose or may be stuck and not know where to go next.

My coaching package includes a one-hour discovery session and six 30-minute coaching sessions. The coaching sessions include a detailed questionnaire,  values review and setting clarifying goals.  Depending on where you are located, I can meet you in person or by phone.  Package cost is intended to be affordable and fair for the mutual exchange.

How is coaching done?

Typically, individual coaching is done by telephone, for four ½-hour sessions each month. To create profound changes in your life, we ask for a three-month commitment.

Is coaching therapy?

No, coaching is not therapy. You will find that coaching focuses on strategic planning and personal growth and does not attempt to heal emotional trauma. Coaches regularly refer clients to other professionals for issues that are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.

 

What is a typical session like?

The hallmark of coaching is self-responsibility. The client sets the agenda for the call and the coach follows that agenda. You can expect powerful and clarifying questions, focused and fine-tuned planning tools, and accountability. As your coach, I’ll have high expectations of you and support you thoroughly.
